Im sick and can't workout i think?.what you think? Should i workout?
Do you workout when your sick?

You have to let your body rest, eat healthy and sleep well cause the next week u have to get back in shape and that will be tiring! :))

Give yourself a break and get some rest. Your body needs some time to repair. Start your workouts again once you're better. Get well soon!

I was sick last week, gave my body a chance to rest up. I'm back better than ever now.
