How many times do u workout a week???
5. I am currently not working out on wed and sat. U need to let the muscle heal
Work out 7 days usually for about 20 min on average
Depends on your fitness level. If your over weight be careful not to over stress your joints. Like any other fitness or sport activity check w/your Dr. first to be sure your fit for exercise. 1st and foremost FORM, TECHNIQUE & BREATHING are the MOST important elements to training. I work out 7 days a week at an average of 3-5hrs a day. I started w/2 days a week 30 min each. You can so this your a WINNER!!!!
Ive been working out everyday for the last 2 and a half weeks. But my "rest" days i will just stretch and do light yoga.
Depends on the week and what my scheduale is like...do better on work days tho...think its because i have to get up anyways.. Im averaging 4 per week...which for me us a huge improvement
