Hey guys !! I would like to share with you something unusual that happens to me during a work out its beens a couple weeks now i tend to yawn during an intense work out even tho I'm not tired i don't know why makes me look like I'm bored and what about you ? Share with me some funny stories!

Oh so im not the only one !!! I feel so weird when this happens ! Especially when im doing a class the trainer looks at me as im bored

Well when you yawn it just means you need more oxygen to your brain, not necessarily that your bored or tired but your blood is flowing faster and needs more oxygen..

Exactly what I was gonna say! Take some deep breaths through ur nose and out ur mouth.

Your fine, but check to make sure you are breathing out during contraction and a deep breathe in during rest. Also drink more water in between sets, as water helps oxygenate the blood.
