For triceps, try diamond pushups, tiger pushups, or dips. For biceps, try pullups and parallel grip pullups. You don't really need to use weights until you've been exercising for long enough that your body no longer becomes sore after a 1 to 2 hour, full-body workout. It takes around 2 years to get to this point. The exercises I recommended will also build up other important muscle groups, but they mostly focus on triceps and biceps.
