Workouts for biceps and triceps and gain strenght that dont require weights?

A workout that works the biceps and triceps and help to get more strenght?.

You must do weights theres so many exercises for that use the proper machines for that

How about push-ups and tricep push-ups? Search the 'arm' workouts

For triceps, try diamond pushups, tiger pushups, or dips. For biceps, try pullups and parallel grip pullups. You don't really need to use weights until you've been exercising for long enough that your body no longer becomes sore after a 1 to 2 hour, full-body workout. It takes around 2 years to get to this point. The exercises I recommended will also build up other important muscle groups, but they mostly focus on triceps and biceps.

Taylor nailed it but dont fofget that there are lots of things to use for added resistance such as bands and milk jugs work great...fill w water or sand.
