Truck driver needing a shape other than round
I'm an Otr driver, teaming with my boyfriend so obviously I don't get out much. I need to get into shape, but I'm just not sure how to go about it other than walking. My stomach needs the most work so obviously I can do sit ups in the bunk. Anyone else have some ideas for small quarters (about 4x4) to at least get started?
Planks/push ups or Crunches &sit ups
