Hi guys.
I have degenerated discs. L5/S1 and some a little higher.
Just wondering what if any exercises I could do that wouldn't give me any trouble.

Start with back exension. Start with the low number like 5. Also make sure and work your abs. They are what support your back, And take the pressure off your discs. I have had a broken back for over 20 years, And even though it is a slow process to rebuild the muscles it is well worth it.

Strengthen your core. A stronger core will take pressure off the spine.😄
