Should I join a crossfit gym near me? Heard you loose like 10 pounds a month doing that. Im a beginner though. I cant lift much, is there something for me there or only people who have been going a lot and in great shape?Any suggestions appreciated

It's worth the 150$ a month..Expensive class, but u will shed weight -- very quick, and u eat anything u want, 4 real!!! recommended highly

I start my first class on Wednesday so I'll let you know! I have a friend who went regularly for years and is in the best shape I've ever seen; that's all i needed to see to be convinced to try it out.

Not for beginners. Too intense and you can get discouraged or hurt easily.  You can lose more with diet changes and moderate exercises. I'd say naa. See if they'll let you try one for free.
