I'm new here and there's just so much workouts and all these community created workouts that it makes my head spin. Jeez. I have no idea where to start. I kick box/ box every Monday and do Zumba every Friday at the gym. Any recommendations on where to start or what workouts to do while im at home on tues-thurs or intensity to do? Where did you start when you first came on skimble?
