squats in heels

Squats are apart of my everyday workout routine...so to intensify I deceived for the next 30 days I'm doing 100squats a day in heels...

You will do damage to your feet i guarantee. Instead try doing squat with added weight or by doing them slowly

Alan is right. You can perform what are called "sissy squats" which are squats performed while on the balls of your feet, but please avoid doing squats in heels. Just kick them off squat barefoot and through in a few squat pulses. That will give you a good burn.

I read an article the other day saying that its a horrible idea. Dont do it

I squat on my tippy toes anyway... so I didn't think the heel would make a difference... but ok I won't do it... thanks guys...

You do know you have to push back through your heels when you squat right?

No I didn't... when I watch tutorials on how it's done,it look like a stand to sit position...

So do the squats help firm the butt? ...cus i have a butt i just dont want a small flatt one..lol
