How advanced are you?
Are your goal to build muscle, loose weight or both?
How are your program?
I have tried muscle building programs where you rest up to 4 days a week and I was sore every day and i have seen programs where you work out 7 days a week. Everything in between are fine if you workout right.
Sometimes i do one Day, sometimes I do two days, sometimes a week (I like to finish my training plans off with a weeks rest.) I usually do some slow cardio like walking on my off days.
