Good workout for teens?

Hi guys! :) I'm 15 and I want to start working out without looking like a stick or ripped. I'm like a size 0 but I just want a flat stomach and to gain endurance without going overboard. Any suggestions?

Cardio is the best thing you can do to burn off that excess fat. Twenty minutes of cardio a day will do the trick. It's very hard for a girl to look bulky which I think is what u mean by ripped unless you slack off on cardio and lift heavy weights. As long as you incorporate cardio with light weight strength training every other day you will build up endurance strength and lean muscles.
