Ive been slacking on working out after having my baby its been almost four months and and im 24 5'4" and i weight 186 lbs. Not good at all i need to get to at least 140 by summer... Im motivating my self by seeing so many people working out here It pushes me so much. Sexy body here i come! Ps my husband will love this!

Welcome aboard Maria! May I humbly suggest you browse the workouts for weight loss and start with the beginner workout. I have lost 34 lbs! Best wishes! YES YOU CAN!

Of course! Over the course of like 6 months. The weight just started melting off of me, once I started moving. I worked out via skimble 5 days a week for 3 weeks, then I gradually bumped down to 3 days a week for several months. YOU CAN DO IT! I BELIEVE IN YOU!
