This is a pretty challenging circuit workout that you can do in the morning. It covers your whole body (abs more then anything) . Challenge yourself to twice a week.

Run 1 mile
Eat breakfast
Run 1 mile

50 jumping jacks
40 push ups
Plank 1 minute
100 flutterkicks (4 count)
100 leg lifts
100 scissors
100 crunches
30 wide push ups
30 regular push ups
20 tricep push ups
100 sit ups

I'd love to try this! But the only day I am do that is Saturday:/ because I have school on weekdays+church on Sundays!

Doing it once a week would still be very good. Also it's quick enough to not take up ur whole Saturday. Haha

I could do it before the evening meal rather than before breakfast though!:-)
