Hi from a newbie

Just a short note to introduce myself
I'm mark age 45
I use to smoke around 20 cigarette a day and around 8 years ago I gave up the smoking and not looked back
I use to have a really nice figure with nice muscles and 6 pack I know I was younger then but I want to get my body back to some kind of state form
I now weigh in at 14st when I use to be 11st I'm very energetic Im a dj so always moving around different venue
I have taken up walking to my day job instead of taking the car which is 2 Miles there and 2 miles back
What I want to know is how do I lose the little fat tummy I have generated the rest of my body is ok just my tummy needs to lose the weight can anyone suggest a diet for me and Some exercises to guild me in the right direction
