Over the past year I have lost 60lbs. Apps on my smartphone were absolutely crucial for this. They kept me accountable and on track.
Personally I use myfitnesspal and workout trainer (obvs). I've recently added a app that tracks my water intake, I can't even tell you how good I feel actually being fully hydrated every day.
Just wondering what other users have had success with.

I used to use an app called ab workout every morning, but I hardly had any memory on my iPod so I uploaded the workout to here it's called Crunch To Perfection! I used MyNetDairy to keep count of calories, but at the moment I'm just focusing on toning up:-) I also use sports tracker by skimble to track my runs and walks!

Runkeeper.
Why do everyone use several apps? Is there no 1 app that covers all?
