I suck at running lol. Anyone know some good workouts to increase endurance?

Cardiovascular. I'm ok, but ok isn't good enough for me. I want to get better.

Have you tried cycling? I was a distance runner in my younger years, decided to lose a lot of weight and get back in shape last year. I did various workouts ( using this app and eliptycal ) but it was with cycling that I saw the larger improvement in cardio and lower leg muscular endurance.  Not to mention it helped me drop more pounds faster.

Try building up your running gradually.Run for five mins, then walk for four.Over time reduce the time that you walk between runs until your running all the way.

Run sprints! Sprint for 30sec then break for 40 sec and keep going til you can't lol you will we a difference
