Train insane or remain the same!
Hey guys! I'm kinda new to this so first I'm going to introduce myself. My name is Alejandra, I'm 18 years old and my goal is to lose weight and stay fit. A little background, I just started working out a month ago or so after ending a four year relationship, that just motivated me put myself together and feel better about myself. been on and off so i haven't seen any changer, but I think its time to step it up. for now I'm just running 2 miles everyday and working on toning my muscles, I do need motivation because is not easy, as many of you can see, and at first i was kinda shy to tell people that I'm starting to work out but now i find it as a motivation, thats one of the reasons why I'm posting this, so feel free to post whatever you want, would really like to meet new people. and thats it going to keep posting here even if i don't get any responses, hopefully i will lol!
