Hello! Need help getting into shape

Glad to be on board, I waish all to be healthy, active and not as fat as me.

Can you please point me to the method of playing my playlist in the background while workout trainer is running?

I believe all you do is set your music first and than this app second and it should play in the background.. I'm still new at this too lol

It doesn't work well like that. I start the music, than I start the app. but both sounds are same volume and sometimes I miss the instructions. I guess if i play it from the app somehow it lowers the music volume when there are instructions. I hope someone gives me answer. But anyway thanks for the reply! Have a great day !

Yes start your music first the start your work out. If you can't hear it go to settings and you can adjust the volune of your trainer.

Yes!

The trainer volume can be set while the activity is on, in the setting menu.
