Is there absolutely anything I can do to get rid of it?
When I was faced with a bit of a double chin, I began doing what I called "nodding exercises" where I would tuck my chin in as close as I could to my neck and then relaxing. What helps the process even more is if you can get an object with a spring and place it under your chin, tuck your chin in and compress the spring as best you can. The spring will offer resistance and will therefore require more use of the muscles to push down. I believe they even sell a little tool in some stores like Walgreens or Walmart that are essentially just that. Anyway, I hope I've been helpful. Good luck
Try looking up by tilting your head up as much as you can. When you get to this point, act like your trying to kiss the air if that makes sense. Do this for a few reps and repeat daily
Do basic yoga with full concentration...worked for my dad!
