Hello All!

Would like to introduce myself, say I'm looking forward to "meeting" you, and would like to ask for some "beginners advice":

I'm recovering from an accident (have doctor's ok to start exercising outside of PT), could you please recommend a work out that does not involve any mat/floor work. I currently need help to get back up, so I prefer to stay on my feet or seated exercises. I've downloaded a couple "office" work outs and the beginning running, around the block, and a few others, would love more variety.

Any advice appreciated. :-)

This app is great. I just started working out last week. Even created some workouts.  My advice would be...dont go too hard. Work your way up to heavy weights so you dont hurt yourself.
You could try my workout get up and burn. It is up on your feet entirely.
