I workout every other day at least 1 hour / 1 and a half, plus I do 1 hour cardio (walking/jogging) at least 5-6 times a week
Is not good to do it every day because the muscles need to develope thats why its good to take a "rest day" and workout out every other day.. unless you break it into sessions for example: one day abs, the next day legs, etc etc..
Not many times on this thing. However, i have a habit of always being in the gym. Its my comfort zone and i get to do what i want. Except when im training *rolls eyes*
I workout everyday. In the morning and in the afternoon, but I take it a little slower on Sundays. It makes me feel good
I work overnights during the week, which makes it hard to workout after a 10 hr. shift. So I created an exercise that I can do for 2 mins. when I'm too tired to do a full workout. My goal is to do this during my work week and do a full workout on the days I'm off.
At least 4 days a week..
I do a workout 6 or 7 times a week.I sometimes give myself a Yoga Sunday depending on how I feel.But if I dont I rest on Sunday.
