What you eat for lunch?

Trying to get a feel for everyone's eating habits.
Personally, for breakfast I had two hard-boiled eggs by themself. Lunch had chicken fried chicken and salad. Dinner I'll prolly cook sm Louisiana style (jambalaya/etouffee-esque) cajun food.
Yes, I'm southern.

I had for lunch broccoli with cheese sauce and tuna

And now Im cooking white rice, pink beans and tilapia (maybe fried or in a garlic sauce)

I had avocado sliced up on top of whole wheat sandwich skinnies with sauteed mushroom onion cilantro and garlic. Added some tobasco sauce and i had my own lil veggie burger. ^_^😊

Today I only had dinner because I made shrimp pasta which all together is 350 calories per serveing. Yeah, I don't eat the best over 50% of the time. Oh well, its the italian in me.

I'm same way, I have pasta almost every other night (bt i work it off!)

I try to work it off which is most likely why I haven't gain weight but lost weight. Even tho I'm not trying to lose weight. Just tone up.

I know! I'm trying to gain weight, bt I stay skinny. I guess we have fast metabolisms (which is a good thing)

Today I had a late lunch. Two whole wheat tuna wraps with red romain lettus and baby cucumbers. With a lovely 3oz  banana strawberry cucumber pear and blueberry smoothie :)
