Please advise me some good ways to loss weight. girl 24 years old

exersises and eating right and sleeping well

Be sure to eat breakfast and drink a lot of water no sodas

I have noticed that when I start gaining,it was because I ate too many carbs and not enough veggie.  So my advice is to be sure at least half your plate is veggies. And be mindful of the carbs.
