Im 26 of 3 girls.. (just had my 3rd.) Wanting to lose 25 pounds. And gain muscle. Looking for work out partners..to give tips and motivate.
I'm pretty new too, just started last week. I am combining this app with Weight Watchers in hopes to lose about 40 lbs. I have two sons and I quit smoking about 7 months ago and I feel like that contributed to my weight. I also would like to be able to run/walk a 5k in August to benefit the Susan G Komen Foundation. I also need a sort of workout partner to motivate.
