I love the freedom and privacy of this app. I can do my workouts and stay fit anywhere I please. I just need to figure out how to stay motivated and stick to my plan. My goal is to lose 10 lbs by November. Fingers crossed :)
I bet you can do it! I just started today too, and I've already done a workout! I also downloaded this app called "lose it" and it helps me keep track of my calories per day! I wish you the best of luck (: I know you can do it!
You can totally do this!!! Your a strong well oiled machine. You can do anything you put your mind to. Thats like 6 weeks away(beginning of nov). That is less then two pounds in a week. Totally doable. That is one pound every 3.5 days you totally have this in the bag say goodbye to those 10 pounds because you are losing them. Keep it up!!!
