Should You workout if you're sore?

Depends on your definition of working out. I say yes , but keep it easy or active rest. Just hard enuff to get the blood flowing and you are just barely sweating. Do more stretching than you would normally do. If you have a heart rate monitor, keep it around 50 to 60 % .

I typically do! Soreness isn't necessarily bad. However, you need to realize a pain and a soreness! Don't work out if its painful. Soreness can be pushed through. :)

I'm really sore today from my workout yesterday and I just want to know if i should rest today or workout? thanks

As I always say ... no pain no gain ... but there is a difference between sore and in pain. Maybe do a light to moderate workout program, which ever is lower then what you did yesterday :-) good luck :-)
