How many hours should I work out?

So I'm starting to work on my abs,and I want to know how long should I workout in a day? I don't wanna workout too much and be too sore but I don't wanna workout not enough and make it take longer to get abs. I wanna get abs by summer (about August)

Do 30mins then in a week or two slowly do it longer. That's what I'm doing so I don't overload myself and quit.(; good luck!

Check out programs for stomach w light to moderate intensity, try light first see if ur able to finish it easily or not, doing light everyday for 25 - 30 min work outs. Moderate side I'd suggest every other day to give your muscles time to rest n heal. Good luck :-)
