I love core workouts and really need to build my upper body strength so I'm up for that if thats ok with you :) Which country do you live in?

The UK. I do push ups cos they r a great exercise. I don't do pull ups as don't have a bar. Also love all kinds of planks to build a strong core. Need to be a bit careful atm as recovering from a shoulder injury, and also trying to eat more protein to gain some muscle on my upper body as shoulders and arms are pretty weedy atm!
