Well im actually a personal trainer and i have goals of lowering my body fat % and building muscle mass up! For some reason lately i have not have the motivation to be driven.
Ill motivate you. Im a big girl looking to lose weight, im about to do an excerise... you gonna keep up?? Or am i gonna beat cha?
