Core, booty, and leg exercises are my favorite to gain muscle! But to stay healthy and fit I enjoy yoga, cheerleading, and streching!

Anything with abs! Also, squats are killer but so effective. I love feeling sore the next morning after a workout. It makes me feel like I've accomplished something.

I love the soar feeling after working out!! Especially on my calves haha where it feels you can hardly walk :)
