Thx Justin I am not worried about the obstacles but that 11.2 miles has me a bit shook.

No prob man yea ive been doing some hard training cant w ait for the day to come ill probly b there on the first also. Hows your stamina?

Could be better I ran 7 miles on sunday took me 58 mins

For real thats not bad I think I times myself at a mile and a half about 7 mins

I didn't make it came down with a bad case of ITBS still going through physical therapy.  MRI next week to make sure nothing is torn.  Hopefully I will be able to make the Sept St Louis event.  I will compete at a tough mudder.
