Hi! I just joined :) There is soooo many workouts to choose from! Which are your favourites or have you found most effective? X

My personal favorites are planks, push-ups, and crunches because they're easy for me to do, but if you can't do a normal push-up, then you go on your knees and feet and do it like that until you can do a normal push-up

Hit me with a cardio burn. You will be sweating after 7 min. I do it 1-3x Great energy booster and good way to kick start your metabolism. Have fun and good luck!
