Im in decent good shape but today ima start insanity ive tried it for about a month but never finished it.
So im definatly going the whole 60.

Good luck my brother tried it for 4 and couldnt keep going because he hurt his leg

What was up with his legs? There is a bunch of jumping so i guess the pressure would hurt

I've done it too a month ago.its good.. i used to put headphone &listen to my own music cuz if i listen to shaun T when he speak while working out...i loose my breath so i just watch,no sound

Definatly time to finish it, myself and 3 family members are doing it together so we have much support!! Thank u all! Im also doig a weight filled exercise before/after the workout so today its shoulders!

First I became thighter, lost 15 pounds, and got defined, mostly in tighs, abs and back.. No regrets :))

How long did it take u too loose the weight. I just started insanity yesterday? And can u work out late nite about 10, 11

Well it took me 2-3 weeks to start seeing first results. In 2 months I lost 15 pounds. It was mostly from my legs, but i shrank all over. You can train whenever you want. Even though it's better to train in mornings to fasten your metabolism, it isn't so bad to train in the evenings, but make sure to have at least 30-40 minutes time between training and going to bed. Hope this helps :)

I did insanity a year ago and I seriously regret it. I was doing my own exercises but I wanted more and I thought insanity was going to give me better results. I was son wrong, it was so easy that I got fat :( it was way to little for my needs so I finish it and never did it again. Now I'm with p90x. It's a lot better but still it doesn't seems to be that good. Especially on the legs part.

If insanity made you fat then you definitely did not do it properly. Its absolutely impossible for something like that to not to make you lose weight. Unless you live at macDonalds

I workout at 7 every night and after play a hour of basketball, as long as u have a good night rest (8-10 hrs) you'll be fine :)

Theres a bunch of jumpin if it hurt u probably shouldnt do it but u know ur own body and know ur limits :))
