I recomnend booty bootcamp for lose weight and upper body pusher for toning arms

Welcome!! I'm not sure what your fitness level is but I'm a huge fan of Full Body Renovation for.. well.. a full body renovation lol it had cardio and tone up exercises for a total body work out. I also love Dynamic Duo for a more moderate workout and Top-to-Bottom Beach Basics for an easier time. Good luck with it!
