Basically I'm taking whey protein and lifting weights while I continue learning more about what to do. I figured the best way to learn was to get started. First thing that helped me a lot was when I started tracking what I eat (using myfitnesspal). I realized pretty quick which foods were fatty and would just burn off, and which were more protein/carbs and would help gain muscle. Then I just kept eating the good foods and looked for better snacks to replace the crappy foods. That helped a lot. Now I'm trying different workouts, figuring out which ones I like and what works. Thats the hardest part so far, but I figure no matter what I do as long as I push myself then I'm making progress.
