Who wants to accept this challenge with me?!
I need some motivations in sticking to it. Anyone wants to be my workout buddy for this?(: You will be adding this workout somewhere in your day and even adding it to your other workouts if you'd like.
100 crunches
90 jumping jacks
80 lunges
70 squats
60 seconds running in place
50-second plank
40 jumping jacks
30 squats
20 high knees
10 push ups
Let's get started!!

When I only started this I barely made it through the first week. Then I started slacking of :( I only dropped about 2 pounds. But my diet wasn't very good. This time I am determined to do this well. By eating healthy very important that you get a good diet in order to accomplish this. You also need to do this at least 4 times a week. No slacking off. And you need to complete everything, no half of a workout. Push it through and do it well. You are finished when you are done, not when you are tired. I will be also posting some other little workouts you could add so your body does not get too used to this workout.

I weigh about 126 lbs, 5'5 (depending on what i eat). I want to get rid of the unwanted 10 pounds and this seems like an awesome way to head start weight loss!

I finished the workout about an hour ago....i like the workout its something to help me get back in to the idea of pushing my body to its limits....this is a great warm up exercise for those seasoned ppl who train regularly....although my legs feel like noodles I can't wait for tomorrow....

Just completed day 2. Sure feels like I'm bringing it home after that plank! Don't lose form on the second round of squats... Dig deeper!

Hi Jesi,

Looks like a tough workout.  Don't be disappointed if you can't lose 10lbs in 2 weeks.  Even if you did, it would likely be mostly water weight.  It's very difficult to lose more than 2lbs of fat/ week.  Especially if you are not overweight. Remember that fat burns more slowly than muscle so your goal is to not lose weight too quickly or it will be a higher proportion of muscle.  If stop drinking water and run all day you could lose 8lbs in a day due to dehydration, but that's definitely not your goal.  So stay motivated but set realistic goals.  Eat right, stay hydrated, and stick to the workout plan!

Even if I do not manage to loose all those 10lbs, I will most definitely be getting fit and tonned from it. And its a good way to start working out again and setting goals and becoming determined to reach those goals.
