Love it! Great way to get the heart pumping but small enough to fit into any busy schedule!
I finished the workout about an hour ago....i like the workout its something to help me get back in to the idea of pushing my body to its limits....this is a great warm up exercise for those seasoned ppl who train regularly....although my legs feel like noodles I can't wait for tomorrow....
Just completed day 2. Sure feels like I'm bringing it home after that plank! Don't lose form on the second round of squats... Dig deeper!

Ill be doing it starting in a few weeks. I had a baby 2 weeks ago so I have to wait before I do any workouts but im just trying to keep myself motivated to start :)
