How long does this workout generally take you?Β 

And do you have any other tips for working upper body?Β

The workout usually take me 25-30 minutes. Depending on the resting time I decide to take. I personally can not go full on 100 crunches and 80 lunges and so on.. So I brake it down in to Sets. For example I do 5 sets of 20 crunches. Or 10 sets of 10 crunches. The same for lunges. I brake it down to 4 sets of 20 or 8 sets of 10. And usually take 15-30 second brake in between each set. I hope this helps you

Ya it does thanks a lot. I was having a very difficult completing everything in one go. Sets are a great tip :)

I just had a baby in December and need a good start to a good weight loss program and this seems like a good start !!! Me and my husband are both have a little extra weight we need to lose so we're in!

Me and my wife are going on a holiday in a month do you think if we done your work out most days we would lose weight

Along with a good healthy diet and adding some cardio as well as adding other workouts to it, both you and your wife could hopefully loose some weight.
