Hello..i hv been working out since past 15-20 days...at that time i cud easily workout and was at ease...but now i am getting cramps in my legs workout is gettin strainous...wats da reason plz help?
You need to workout every other day.
As said drink more warer and do a propper warmup. Get your muscles warm and streched. Dont go full blast out of nothing. If you already do this, do it better and take more rest between your work outs!
