Drink lots of water! Ice cold water with your meals, i have had to force myself to do this otherwise i will eat and eat! Also eat less portions , use smaller plates if you have too. And of course make healthy choices when you eat .
Eat something healthy instead.....nuts r mix trail,yugurt,apple,drink a drink called green goodness made by bolthouse can be found at publix( dont let d color r look fools u ,just try it!!!!!
