RESISTING TEMPTATION

Ok so basically I think that I have no problem working out. It's just the food that I eat.
I'm 5'3 and 160 pounds and i think that my problem is resisting !!!!!!
Even when I'm not hungry, I EAT!
Any advice or help!!!

You are not alone. I have seen this same question at least 3 times in the past month. The answer might be water. Drink more to let your body feel full.  Hope that helps!

Drink lots of water! Ice cold water with your meals, i have had to force myself to do this otherwise i will eat and eat! Also eat less portions , use smaller plates if you have too. And of course make healthy choices when you eat .

Peace. Water, water, water!! However don't drink ice cold water. It's not good for ur body! Room temp water and add fresh lemon. I lost 5 extra lbs doing this.

Eat something healthy instead.....nuts r mix trail,yugurt,apple,drink a drink called green goodness made by bolthouse can be found at publix( dont let d color r look fools u ,just try it!!!!!
