I've just joined & am confused as to where to start. Any suggestions?

Hey Twila! Didn't I see you in the 30 Day Plank Challenge? That's a good place to start. I would suggest getting familiar with the app. Go to Workouts-Browse to see the workouts by category. Go to Workouts-Shakerciser to mix things up (yes, embarrassing pun intended). Check out the forums to see what's goin on and go to Forums-Forums for some specifically organized topics. There are a lot of helpful people out here so keep asking questions. Hope that helps.

Thank you! You were very helpful. Ive entered a 90 day challenge at my gym & I'm looking for a little extra inspiration n motivation. The plank challenge was harder than I thought it would b so by adding it along with a few more challenges, I'm really stepping up my game. I hope to see results in 30 days. Again Thank you.
