Hey Twila! Didn't I see you in the 30 Day Plank Challenge? That's a good place to start. I would suggest getting familiar with the app. Go to Workouts-Browse to see the workouts by category. Go to Workouts-Shakerciser to mix things up (yes, embarrassing pun intended). Check out the forums to see what's goin on and go to Forums-Forums for some specifically organized topics.
