How is everyone doing?
I'm new to this forum so I'm not sure exactly how it works but usually tues/thurs/sat I do a workout at the Venice or Santa Monica if anyone lives in the area or is interested. It's mostly calisthenics and circuits, but most my friends are lazy and im trying to find new people to motivate me and excell with. Also if anyone has any suggestions or tips too regarding exercises please let me know! Stay fit and keep up the good work!
