As a 5'4 104lbs female how can I gain weight without looking like baby hulk lol? I want muscle tone but still look feminine if that makes sense

Ok I am 28 and developed hypothryroidism during my second preg. I'm really having trouble losing weight. I eat well and work out 5-6 days a week. I only nd to lose 10-15 lbs now. I nd the most help with my midsection. Help!

Haha I know exactly what you mean. Just eat more protein. And do workouts with dumbells. Press ups, squats and sit ups really help.

Melissa. Drink only water. Stay away from sugar and eat only lean meat. If this effects your thyroid problem then its cool leave it out. When you exercising do a high intense interval workout. Keep the rest times short. Example." 30 seconds mountain climbers 30 seconds jumping lunges and 30 seconds plank. Repeat this 3 times. No rest in between. This is an example of a high intense interval cardio workouts. You can mAke your own. They burn the most amount of fat.

Gymnasts require balance power agility and flexibility. So I a good core workout will help with you balance. Flexibility try yoga. Agility try the workout 'leaping legs' power try the workout 'power challenge'

I concour despite tje varying events you have core is your starting point followed by yoga then leg exercises hollow body holds to superman holds are gonig to be your best friend

With sports specific exercise you need to specific exercises relating to the sport you practicing this site/app will help but i suggest google what gymnasts do and put that in your workout these guys aren't wrong but you want to train your core and facial system in relation to your sport and think about what area of gymnasts you wish to specialise so for a person who specializes in Olympic rings their program will differ to an acrobat but I suggest Google and see a strength and conditioning coach who specializes in gymnastics

If you were full of knowlege you would know there is no rule where you loose your fat, and working lower abs wont make stubbon disapear. You work muscle, and loose weight when your in calories are lower than the one you burn.

Lift weights. Do press ups sit ups and squats. And eat alot of protein. This will give you muscle and add mass.

Do squats. Remember to stick your butt out when you doing it so you feel strain on your thighs rather than your knees. Walking lunges are also excellent.

Yes I do!! I need advice! I want to get fit for the summer. I weigh 135lbs and I'm not proud  of it. How do you lose that weight in your mid section so you will have a more slimmer stomach?

I workout 4 days really hard in a row and I have injured my shoulder pretty bad should i stop or should i just ice it and keep going.

Stop. Don't risk further injuring. Start again when you feel you're fit.

What's the best workouts for weight loss I know cardio is a big one but is it best to switch it up or just run everyday?

There's no problem with switching your workouts and trying something new and exciting. Keeps you motivated. Cardio is the best way. high intensity interval cardio with little rest time is the best way to loose fat. But if you want to switch your workout to tone your legs or butt or arms once you get bored of cardio it's no fine. You still burning calories but not as much. .

What's up, you got a follower. Now this topic is worth it. Please give advice on how to build calf muscles. I know Calf raises and single leg calf raises, anything else?

If you want to build calf muscles remember your legs need to be warmed up. So start of with a 10 min jog. Or jogging on the spot. One legged calf raises is what I use ( left foot on my right calf and lift up on toes go down and repeat) i alternate with those. Steps are also really effective for building rock hard calves. Since calf muscle exercises are a few it's all about mind over power. Focuses your power from your calves. It works. Some exercises you can try this on are dead lifts, squats or walking lunges....

Go for I jog in the morning for about 30 mins to an hour. I recommend you avoid leg workouts because that would build lean muscle. The most important point is diet. You have to eat to loose weight. So as must as you've got to do long intense cardio workouts you've also got to get yourself on a strict diet plan. DRINK ONLY WATER. Eat lean meat no processes meats. Cut down on carbs and protein but include them daily. And load up on veggies.

If you want to loose fat and muscle then you should for at least an hour a day. As you get use to it increase your duration. If you can't jog then walk for an hour. This will help you loose fat and muscles. Avoid using dumbells. Do alot of stretches. I recommend yoga. Do lift you butt do an exercise called donkey kick backs or any other butt exercises.

Start of by loosing your fat/weight. Check my post on you want abs here's how. 100% diet and 100% exercise. Then after you loose the fat and you want big muscles the a suggest you do isolation workouts. Do many exercises on 1 body part as possible. 1 set is as many repetitions until failure occurs. So in on day work on two body parts. Example. Monday chest and back. Tuesday biceps and triceps. Wednesday legs and shoulders. Before I start building alot of muscle and toning I really need to lose a lot of weight in my mid section. I have tried several supplements to boost my metabolism but most had no results or gave me headaches. do you have some diet tips or a routine to get me going.
Also I have mild asthma so I have a problem doing cardio for longer periods of time.

High intensity interval cardio burns more than slow cardio. And please keep your pump with you when you exercising . And I'f your asthma really worrys you and you have difficulty in breathing please stop the exercise. Your health is more important. Don't risk any further injury.

Check out my post on you want abs here's how. The best way to loose weight is high intensity interval cardio. Not slow cardio. And never cheat on your diet. Best of luck to you. If you want motivation I've upload some great pics ( not my pics the workout pics)
