I do workouts in 2 consecutive days and have a 1 day rest day ... What about you?

12-14 hours a week, 3 hours a day, Monday Tuesday Thursday Friday. Sunday abbs and Muai Thai ranging from an hour-two hours. Rest days are key, your muscles need to rebuild. I do/did legs on Friday and four days later I'm still hurtin.

I try to workout everyday, sometimes it's every other day. I mainly workout in the morning

I work out every day except Wednesday. I do cardio three times a week and then every day, I do exercises to work on different parts of my body - arms, abs, butt, stretching, etc.
