What protein to take to build up muscles?

Stick with whey mixed with some fast digesting carbs (sugar, fructose) remember red meat contains( 11 oz steak) contains about 20 gms of creatine & 50 grms of protein

Healthy chicken helps a lot and eggs do too.

I use some whey protein, but get most of my protein from food such as chicken, eggs whites, fish, peanut butter, etc.

Whey protein works with the best results but if you want natural protein then those foods he mentioned are the best

Have you tried meal replacement shakes to help you stay more disciplined? I have always skipped breakfast, either skipped lunch or had gas station food and then had a big dinner and snaked before bed. The shakes really help me get the nutrients i need without eating junk.
