Whats your fitness motivation?

What motivates me to be healthy and in shape is well,first of all i want to be on earth for as long as possible. And of course being in shape makes me a happier more confident man which makes me happy. Whats your motivation?

My motivation is to become and stay as healthy as possible! I was in the best shape of my life 2 years ago have never felt so great . Then the divorce came and I quit working out and started drinking ... well I'm going into my 3rd week and I feel so much better already! Hears to being back on the right track! Keep it up everyone!

My motivation is to feel better myself and I want to set a good example for my children. Plus I want to be around as long as possible for my kids and my husband!

Being fit and looking great is all the motivation I need.
Plus my job requires me to be fit as I am a personal trainer.
No pain no gain!,,,,,,,😼😼😼😼

The fact that I feel so much better! I make a good effort to eat well as much as possible, makes sense to take care and keep active. Plus, I gotta keep up with my 2 kids and hubby, and it's more fun to be able to stay active with them, rather than as a spectator! I also have some back problems, the stronger my core is, the less pain/pinched nervesI have. And, it helps to feel good about the way you look =)

That what motivates me is my goal to be a champion. I wanna have a toned body despite the fact I'm lady, and to be in a good shape physically and mentally. 😊

My Short term motivation is working out to look good on a motorcycle and long term motivation is so that I can live as long as possible without any health problems.
