Oranges are healthy i eat them all the time and they fill me up
Granola bars, trail mix, cookies, shouldn't of put last one, but they are a good snack.
I too get huge salt cravings. Fruit and yogurt work great for my sweet but done curb the salt. A handful of plain roasted nuts help (no salt) or when its really bad a whip up a batch of sweet potato chips in the microwave.
A few slices with garlic and herbs cook for 4 min and craving satisfied
I think as long as you don't go crazy some cheese, like cheddar, with apples might get the job done.
Get some nuts!!!
Dates & prunes alone or filled with nut butter
I like gluten free crackers esp homemade, with/out goat cheese
Almonds and cashews
There are no limits, just take note of the saturated fat content.
