Help with Getting abs sixpack !!!

Hello everyone im 20 years old height 5'8 weight 164 trying get abs back had them in high school now need tips i gonna do alot crunches and things need tips on diet wat to eat and wat not too and cardio of course do i need do it some people say yes some say no jus trying get 6 pack abs back any help would be wonderful

Yeah im in the same situation, lots of cardio and eating healthier is for sure the best way in my opinion. Try doing some core workouts so you can start maintaining a full body workout along with toning your abs. If you want to do ab workouts just keep it simple but make the simple count!

Thanks cut diet to fruits frozen yogurt wheat bread stuff like that doiin alot crunches so hopefully be back to way i was in high school i played football basketball and baseball n i looked great that wat i aiming for
