The past 3 weeks, I stopped using this app to do an experiment. I compared my output, motivation, and results from going to the gym to that when using Workout Trainer. While at the gym, I would often get side tracked by friends, women running around in spandex would make me lose focus(lol), and people who were insanely bigger than me would drop my motivation. As a result, the results from my workouts were slim to none. So now I'm officially back on Workout Trainer where my results, focus, and output were drastically better. I'm not a fitness expert or anything, but I would strongly recommend this app for anyone trying to get/stay in shape.
