Don't be afraid of failure..when i first started these workouts i was the same...i couldnt do squat...i started the easy stuff and set a goal. Basic training isnt as hard as its made out to be. People just say that to scare but it doesnt mean you shouldnt be prepared. I dont know how long till you go to basic but dont rush these workouts. Alternate between these and cardio at the gym. Try to avoid the treadmill as much as you can as it can damage your joints..use the cross trainer and the bicycle...alternate between high intensity interval training and steady cardio and you should be fine. Make sure you set that a goal for yourself and never let yourself forget it...i hope this helped a little...good luck with everything! P.S cardio is very important in basic...master that and you'll do great

Im going to the army also i have been doing my pt like the last couple of months i leave in january but im good to go im just using this app to just remind that i need to be better i was 198 now im 181 in 2 months and this is the perfect app if you want to maintain yourself.
