These workouts are hard. It my fault I used to go to the gym 3hours a day 5days a week and than for a few months I stopped now I'm trying it but at home this time and it's like my body can barely take them. In about a week or two I'll be able to do them 1, 2, 3. XD.

Lol I shall do <3. My brother keeps telling me that I need to stay in tip top shape. He's in the army as well and I was told basic training is a killer, I'm a bit afraid of failing o3o.

Don't be afraid of failure..when i first started these workouts i was the same...i couldnt do squat...i started the easy stuff and set a goal. Basic training isnt as hard as its made out to be. People just say that to scare but it doesnt mean you shouldnt be prepared. I dont know how long till you go to basic but dont rush these workouts. Alternate between these and cardio at the gym. Try to avoid the treadmill as much as you can as it can damage your joints..use the cross trainer and the bicycle...alternate between high intensity interval training and steady cardio and you should be fine. Make sure you set that a goal for yourself and never let yourself forget it...i hope this helped a little...good luck with everything! P.S cardio is very important in basic...master that and you'll do great

Thank you and idk how hard basic training is like I said my brother took it but than the position he choose in the army one or the more harder positions, so that's probably why it was so hard for him. I'll keep what you said in mind and I'll continue on with the workouts. Thanks again.

Unless u gotta lose weight to get into the army, I would NOT workout hard before basic, have fun,go to an amusement park or party. It's all a mental game from the time u arrive, so if u go in great shape they will expect that level all the time.

Ummm...you have to be in good physical condition for basic...if you feel good physically then you will feel good mentally. There is nothing wrong with great performance...set the bar high and all will follow...they separate the leaders from the followers in basic...
