Instead of eating you could always replace the eating by drinking water,aways works for me
Make yourself busy.. Find sth to do so u dnt get bored and eat sweets ,always drink water, and replace sweets with fruits you like.... Other thing, try to force yourself not buy them in the first place

I am trying to fight my cravings too.
Cravings only last for about 15 minutes so if you can last that long, you'll be fine.
Also, set yourself a punishment for every time you give into cravings...something like 5 sit ups.
