I can't stop wanting sweets and other things someone help!

girl i love to eat n junk food. but u gotta stay focus. late nights like this, n i get hungry, i'll drink a glass a milk or eat some fruits

Instead of eating you could always replace the eating by drinking water,aways works for me

Make yourself busy.. Find sth to do so u dnt get bored and eat sweets ,always drink water, and replace sweets with fruits you like.... Other thing, try to force yourself not buy them in the first place

Cravings only last for about 15 minutes so if you can last that long, you'll be fine.
Also, set yourself a punishment for every time you give into cravings...something like 5 sit ups.
